In this paper, we investigated the effect of magnetic grain size on magnetoelectric responses of particulate magnetoelectric 0.7(Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-Bi0.5K0.5TiO3)-0.3(Ni0.8Zn0.2)Fe2O4 (BNKT-NZFO) composites. The coexistence of two chemically separated phases was confirmed using x-ray diffraction analysis. The composites had homogeneous microstructure with controlled grain size. The magnetoelectric response of the BNKT-NZFO composites sensitively depended on the grain size of the NZFO phase and the magnetoelectric voltage coefficients presented a marked enhancement of 33% in the engineered grain size range. This result indicated that tailoring the magnetic grain size physically will provide a powerful mean of enhancing magnetoelectric coupling in a two-phase particulate composite, with large potential application in area of magnetic field sensor. 相似文献

Risk allocation decisions are of critical importance in project management. The present study proposes an explanation for how risk allocation in a contract motivates a contractor to cooperate with a project owner. Theories of risk allocation and trust were used to motivate the research. Using a survey methodology, we collected data concerning 124 construction projects in China. We found that risk allocation influenced the contractor’s role behavior through the contractor’s feeling of being trusted but not the contractor’s trust in the owner. Feeling of being trusted partially mediated the effect of risk allocation on the contractor’s in-role (i.e., contractual) behavior and fully mediated the effect on extra-role behavior. The study introduces a social and psychological view of the impacts of risk allocation to the project and engineering management literature. We contribute to theory by arguing and demonstrating the mediating effect of trust on the relationship between risk allocation and contractor behavior. From a practical standpoint, we conclude that contractual risk allocation has a significant impact on building a trusting relationship between owners and contractors and that contractors who feel trusted perform both contractually mandated actions and actions external to the contract more diligently, resulting in the likelihood of improved outcomes for both parties. 相似文献

In this paper, a triple shape memory material was prepared by ultra‐simple melt blending from poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL), poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) and ethylene‐α‐octene block copolymer (OBC). The obtained material possessed a co‐continuous phase morphology and presented an excellent triple shape memory effect (triple‐SME). Theoretical prediction demonstrated that a special continuous phase morphology could be constructed by adjusting the proportions of the blend. Moreover, the results indicated that a close relationship existed between the phase morphology and the triple‐SME of PCL/PPC/OBC. The sample with 35 vol% PPC content contributed to the formation of a continuous phase morphology and exhibited the optimal triple‐SME. Additionally, the sample PCL/PPC/OBC (32.5/35/32.5) showed outstanding structure and performance stability during cycle loading–unloading tests, which evidenced the prominent cycling shape memory property (nearly 100% shape fixing and recovery of temporary shape). Overall, this work could provide an efficient, convenient and recyclable method to obtain high‐performance shape memory materials. © 2020 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

采用搅拌摩擦加工(Friction stir processing,FSP)技术对AZ31镁合金进行加工,通过采取不同温度及保温时间的退火工艺,研究了FSP镁合金在退火过程中的微观组织演变过程及硬度变化规律。结果表明,FSP成功制备了细晶AZ31镁合金,其平均晶粒尺寸细化程度达54.9%。当退火温度在200~300 ℃时,加工区(SZ)晶粒尺寸较为稳定,且组织发生不同程度的均匀化和细化;当温度超过300 ℃时,加工区晶粒互相吞噬而快速长大。在退火温度较低、短时间保温时热影响区(HAZ)组织变化不明显,而延长保温时间或者升高温度,HAZ区组织会迅速细化、均匀化;当退火温度超过300 ℃时,再结晶会在短时间内完成,随后晶粒继续长大。在300 ℃下保温60 min为最优退火工艺,可使SZ、HAZ组织分别细化10.9%、35.6%。 相似文献

Ternary alloys with the nominal composition of Mg24Y3M (M = Ni, Co, Cu, Al) have been fabricated by using vacuum induction melting method. Their microstructure and phase composition are characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The isothermal hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics are measured by a Sievert's-type apparatus. The dehydrogenation behaviors of the full hydrogenated alloys are also analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) method. Results show that each and every alloy has a distinct multiphase structure containing the main phase Mg24Y5 and some amount of Mg. Intermetallic compounds of YCo2 and Al2Y are detected in the M = Co and M = Al alloy, while long-period stacking ordered (LPSO) phase can be also observed in M = Ni and M = Cu alloy. The hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics shows a decreased trend in the following order: (M = Ni) > (M = Al) > (M = Co) > (M = Cu). The M = Ni alloy has the best hydrogen storage performance among the investigated alloys. The dehydrogenation activation energy (Ea) of the M = Ni alloy decreases to 66 kJ/mol, and its decomposition peak temperature is also reduced to 313 °C. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with weight percent of 5.0%, 10.0% and 15.0% were added into the cement matrix to fabricate CNT reinforced cement-based composites (CNTs/CC) by mixing and dry compression shear methods. Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of the as-received CNTs/CC were measured and analyzed in detail. The CNTs/CC exhibits the thermoelectric behavior of p-type semiconductor. CNTs were dispersed uniformly in cement matrix by compression shear stress, which promoted a relatively high electrical conductivity (0.818 S/cm) and Seebeck coefficient (57.98 μV/°C) of CNTs/CC. Combining with their lower thermal conductivity ranged from 0.734 to 0.947 W m?1 K?1, the CNTs/CC shows the highest thermoelectric figure of merit (ZT) has reached 9.33 × 10?5, Which is benefit to the applications in large-scale energy harvesting in the buildings and pavements with low cost in the future cities. 相似文献
